Ordered a bumper for a car. Came in a box and the plastic bumper was folded. We had instructions to put heat to it and it would straighten out. Heart was put to it and it was cracked. Siraweb.com said it was our fault and tough luck so we need to eat the cost. $161.90

It has been 3 months since order. Initially I could look up the order # on their website. Now all is gone, the order has been removed, and the website has also removed my account and email from the website. They have removed all trace of an order, and I can no longer get my money back. MUST BE A SCAM website.
