I asked for the 20% off twice and they told me that it was too late for that, but that lateness was due to the fact that they attempted to rebill the insurance company and I waited for a resolution of their action After performing further research into acceptable prices for their services, I think their price is way too high, so I reject any resolution that keeps the full price of their service on two grounds, the failure to allow the 20% discount and the fact that even at 20% off, their prices are not fair or market value I am willing to take further measures beyond the Revdex.com if needed to see that this case is resolved to my satisfaction.
