Review: I had contacted the limo company at the end of January to let them know that I no longer needed their services for my wedding. I was hoping to get my deposit back since it was such a small amount, but I could not. So I later emailed them back to see if I could use that deposit towards car service so that I did not lose the money and how long I had to use it. Their response was I had to use towards another wedding date and 1 year to use it. Realistically who gets married 1 year later after calling off a wedding, it is not in my case. Now I could not get the deposit back and I can't use the deposit towards another service. This doesn't seem right.

I did happened to look over the contract that I signed the day that I booked the limo with them and on this form no where does it state that I can not get a refund or use the deposit towards another service. So at this point since the best of interest of the customer was not considered. I would like my full deposit back. I do not want to use any service of the limo company. If there were certain terms that were to be agreed to then it needs to be stated on the contract by law and not be mislead.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $231
