approved the color sample for her floors. Which is our standard procedure for every customer before we seal the job completely. 2 days after the job was sealed with 2 coats and completed she informed us that she no longer liked the color and wanted us to change it.We intended to do this to please her and it did not work. Even though our contract states that after a color sample is approved any changes thereafter would include any incurred charges for the labor and materials required to complete the job. Unique Concrete Design LLP decided to redo the job all over again not only using the profit from the original job, but also going into a negative balance more than $[redacted] in order to do the changes for [redacted]s. At this point we requested we to assist in only the cost of materials of $ [redacted] which she agreed and paid $[redacted] with a balance of $[redacted] Then we proceeded with application on a Friday. We came back on the weekend and Monday 10/12/15 to see how it turned out, but no one was available. Up until this point communication between her and [redacted] was fine. Afterwards she called us during the week with accusations of stealing her money and lying.
