Review: We have taken in our 4 cars for the past 4 years. Recently our one car was taken in for a check engine light on, they said we needed a tuneup for $725 dollars ( which was high I thought) but [redacted] the owner said 4 hours of labor needed? We had him complete this and paid. Three days later check engine light went on again, dropped car off again, took back in and he replaced a censor for $130. Three days later check engine light on, was hoping he would fix for no charge this time and get it right, but we have to pay another $450 for this service.

My daughter took her car in in 10-2014 for getting stuck in reverse and have taken it back in 2 times and still is not fixed.Desired Settlement: Refund for unneeded tuneup. ($500)

Review: Took my vehicle there to get serviced twice and the problems were not resolved. They were rude and denied a refund altogether.Desired Settlement: I wish to have both first and second repairs refunded. The alternator, which I supplied, that was broken due to the nature of its installment to be compensated. As well as the two instances of towing to be paid for as well.

[redacted] first brought the car to our repair shop on 8/31/15 due to a friend of the customer trying to install his own new alternator but failed. Old alternator was laying on top of power steering rack when it arrived. The brackets and parts were all laying under the hood. we found the pretensioner adjuster missing but it was not needed to tighten the belt. Most cars do not even have this option anyways. The alternator belt was missing upon arrival and we had to remove the power steering belt to install owners alternator and new belt. We recharged the dead battery and road tested the car and the problem was found to be solved.
