As conditions before and after are documented and we need to see if your disputing our work or the existing conditions of the project before we started. Please submit photo documentation of work in dispute and we can make an assessment at that point in time. If you don't want to submit documentation we will consider the dispute settled. Thank You

At the time of completion of the job, client ([redacted]) was happy with the work. Please advise him to send me pictures of the work in question to [redacted] and we can follow up with a field visit if needed. Thanks

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Adam (Sipe N Son) insisted that there was no need for a walk-through after the completion of the job given that he "did everything I asked for". Instead of stopping by and inspecting the obvious flaws of the overall lousy job after I filed a complained, Sipe N Son is putting the burden on me to take pictures and send to them, before they decide how to proceed. After the fact, I was naive to trust Sipe N Son and fully pay them before a final walk-through.
