Dear officer, We received your letter regarding *** *** ***’s Complaint( ID ***).In his statement, he claim “what we made is not what they order.” It is not correctWhen client presented us with pictures of what he want, we usually discussed with him about what we can do
and what we can’t do as well as our suggestionsThen after he agreed with our designs and prices, we will prepare job order including sofa sketches, measurements and prices, he signed the job order to confirm our agreementsNext step, we prepared production order and forwarded him a copy for his review and final confirmationHe confirmed all the orders with his signature(attached please find job order and production order copies), then we start production. After he received the sofa, he said it is different from what he imagineBut please, he confirmed the production order, he did the field inspection, what we made is completely same as production order. This client mentioned about incorrect size issueSince the booth back is arced, lower part thickness meets 7’’ no problem, well top part couldn’t be 7’’thick, Client should review production order before he present this issue. His third claim is button issueWe highly suspect that the fall off buttons are due to client deliberate actionBooth buttons are not simply stickled on back of the booth, instead, they are all tighten through the back with strong industrial strings, we can’t believe they will fall off after only one weekHowever, no matter what we believe or not believe, we demand proof picture of falling buttons from him, he never provide us any proof pictures. All those booth are completely customer made, job order agreements read “no refund available after purchase” if he do have button issues, he bring piece sofa to my warehouse, we can repair
Review: To whom it may concern,I came into the store on September *, 2014 and spoke to [redacted] (cell # [redacted]).Purchased furniture in the amount of $ 9910. I provided him with lots of photos of what I wanted for the bar furniture to look like and he said "NO PROBLEM we can do it". He then went ahead and made sketches of the furniture which included the measurements for the bar sofas as well as took the photos from us. Two weeks later he contacted me and said the furniture is ready for the pick up. The furniture was delivered on October [redacted] and NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. The sizes were incorrect and did not match the design of the picture. We contacted the [redacted] via phone and via text who kept stating "sorry there is nothing we can do it can not match the pictures that we provided him" and the sizes were suppose to be 7 inch on the side of the sofa and they made them 4 inch. On October [redacted] I contacted [redacted] again and notified him that the buttons on the sofa began to fall of! and it has not even been a week. He said to me take the sofa and drive it to our warehouse which is insane as the pieces are very heavy and clearly the job was done very poorly and cheap where it is falling apart as of today seven buttons have fallen off.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or for the company to come out and redo what they promised to give us as well as fix all the buttons that came off. There are seven buttons that have fallen off in less than one week and they are a danger to anyone who seats on these sofas as it has metal nails sticking out of the sofas.
