Review: The product I received from Sinic Ave. was defective, did not match the picture of the product online, and was a bit broken when it arrived. I tried calling the company about this, but it turned out that their listed phone number is actually a fax line. I emailed the company and asked to send the product back and be given a refund. I also have asked many times via email for a phone number to speak to a real person and that I would like to speak to a manager. They have never given me a phone number or even replied to my request to speak to a manager. They either reply many, many days later to my emails or not at all. I did send the product back and filled out a return form on their website. They gave me a partial refund, but did not cover shipping costs that I paid for initially or for the costs to mail the product back. I have asked for a full refund and for the shipping costs to be refunded, but the company does not reply back.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund me for the shipping costs I paid initially ($9.31)and for when I shipped the product back to them ($6.00). I would like them to post a phone number on their website for customers to reach them. I would like them to respond to their customers. I would like others to know about the type of customer service they are providing before doing any business with them.
