Review: I was contacted and told there was no charges for the services and they needed to do a conference call set up a time and they called me at home 7 hours late.. Would not take a no for an answer ended up giving my credit card info..MISTAKE on my part as I thought they would not charge until I had my conference call or set up my menu's on their web site. Sent a fax telling them I did not want there service. Finally received a call back for the fax 4 days later told to bad as they had already started the process. I feel that I was mislead .. At one point in our conversation was told the price would be half the usually fee. Then found they had charged the full 99.00 to my account. Talked with them (ALEX S[redacted]) on the ** of august at about 5:30 p.m. MST.. Sent the fax at 6:00 p.m. mst to stop this process.

Received a call form their customer service on the [redacted] of August around 9:00 am ..MST..Desired Settlement: Would like my 99.00 returned.

Review: I recieved a cold call about conducting an interview about our business from a company doing work for google. Before scheduling an 'interview' I asked if this was a sales pitch. I was told no. The next day at the apointment time, 1/s and our late I was put through a powerpoint sales pitch. BATE and SWITCH.Desired Settlement: Revdex.com reduce company's rating
