Review: Sing Sing is a Karaoke bar. We were a group of 12 people in the first hr and 7 on the second hr. We were assigned a room that would charge $8/hr per person, min 13 occupancy. According to that the total for the first hr would be $96 but we were charged $104.45. For the second hr when we were only 7 people and instead of charging same rate ($96) they charged $167.04. We asked them to explain the rules and they didn't come with any logic explanation. At the end they said that we were too many and they lost count. We argued that the numbers didn't fit When asked why they didn't explain these rules to their customers when they arrived because the sign didn't match the oral rules. They said it was the way they opperated and that was all. If you see the bill even for some drinks they don't specify what they're only Specials and those specials range from $5 to $20Desired Settlement: I'd like to get the $70 that we were overchargedAlso as in any other Karaoke bar, Sing Sing Bar should be clean and clear with the customers about what the rules are and those rules should match what they have written with what they say.
