To whom this may concern,

I am writing on behalf of Sinful Tans New Age Spa, Inc. regarding complaint # [redacted] Our company policy that is displayed at our register is that there are no refunds. We do however make exceptions for defective products, which is what I had explained to [redacted] that if the product was defective we could refund her money or replace it with a new one. [redacted] brought her product into the store demanding a refund and insisted on leaving the product even though it was explained to her that we could not refund her money because the product was not defective and had been used. I explained that I would be glad to show her how to use it properly. She insisted that it was defective and stormed out the store, with no refund promised. I explained to her that we do not refund products that have already been used, that are not defective and showed her the sign. I am willing to return the product that she already used and left here to her.

I am rejecting this response because: what they are saying it's not true I left the product behind because they told me the owner had to give the refund and will contact me , I never stormed out of they're store or got mad. If they are saying this is true then let them show a videotape of it because they have cameras.
