Review: I placed an order in April. After it had not shipped in about 2 weeks, I contacted them via email and was told that my order was put on hold for an unknown reason and they would ship it out immediately. It was marked as shipped on their website that day. after another 2-3 weeks and my order had not been received I started sending them emails asking about status. There was no response from the company. So I filed a complaint with Paypal. The company responded that day and asked what the problem was. I sent another email explaining. They contacted me about a week later, saying that one item was going to be in stock the next day and my order would be reshipped then. It has now been several weeks and the order has still not been reshipped. Any attempt on my part to contact them via email or phone gets no response. This is difficult for me as a member of the military stationed overseas. The order was to be delivered to someone living in the same state as their office.Desired Settlement: I need this order delivered to the address the company has on file as my delivery address by the end of the month. The recipient will be leaving the country shortly after the end of the month. If this cannot be done then I need my money refunded.
