I am rejecting this response because:There has been no communication from Mayflower Movers since January and the Revdex.com closed this case. I have contacted the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General-Consumer Affairs to help me with this matter. What I do understand is that I paid the erroneous moving fee of $1,and deserve a refund of $400-$500. I've fulfilled my obligations but the company, Mayflower Movers, Berlin NJ, changed the terms of the contract and altered invoices. When I suggested that there were mistakes, that logs should be checked, that the invoice was incorrect, I was not taken seriously but was thanked for my businessWhat I do understand is that the company made these errors, I did not. I want a full refund and will not accept a $offer to settle.

We stand by our last response. WE HAVE NOT OVERCHARGED CUSTOMER. AS A MATTER OF FACT WE CHARGED her less. We do owe her $180.00 and we will send her that amount today.

Please note that we left her a voice mail on on 11-10-17 . she never returned our call.I will get back to you once she reviews our invoice for the job and I speak to her regarding the invoice.
