Snap Fitness is a FranchiseSnap Fitness Corporate sells a day trial membership online ONLY for $ Every Snap Fitness website states that it is only offered online This is for people who have never used our gyms before This is so they can try out the gym and see if they like the equipment and atmosphere before they purchase a regular monthly membership When [redacted] Ausman came in to fill out the paperwork associated with the trial he had purchased online I had asked him if he had ever been in a Snap Fitness gym before He said he use to be a member at the Snap Fitness in Mequon, WI At that time I explained to him that the day trial memberships are specifically for people who have never used a Snap Fitness before and so I couldn’t honor it The computer system will not allow someone to purchase a trial if their name is in our data base, so I am not sure how [redacted] was able to get one I have run into people who change the spelling of their name in some way so the system will allow them to process the trial transaction but I cannot verify that this happened in this specific situation I let him know of our current in club joining special “Join for $5”(as an FYI the Snap Fitness online joining special is a total of $69) He asked for his money back I explained to him that because he had purchased it online he would have to get a reimbursement thru Snap Fitness Corporate (who ONLY sells the $trials) I was about to give him the phone number for Snap Fitness Corporate so he could talk to them directly but he left the gym before I could give it to him We have many people monthly who purchase the trial memberships online and use them without complication because they have never been members before Be Well, [redacted] Owner/Operator Snap Fitness Brown Deer, WI 414-354-
