This
letter is a response to a complaint made by [redacted] about
her recent visit to Sin City Cabaret. I understand that when you or any
other person is celebrating a...
birthday the last thing anyone wants is
something to interrupt or unsettle the evening, a birthday is meant to
be a special day. This is why I’m writing in response to your complaint
for several years Sin City Cabaret has offered 2 for 1 bottles everyday
but unfortunately around the time of your visit this practice had been
suspended on Saturdays due to the fact that the volume of our business
had grown to the point where it could no longer be a pleasurable
experience for our customers. I feel badly that you came and this
message was not relayed correctly to you. As a business, this decision
never had a correct time to institute, but had to be done to secure the
experience that patrons are paying for. Sin City Cabaret has many
employees and some messages do not get conveyed as well as we like. The
decision was made from the owners of this business to suspend until our
customer count could become more manageable. Currently on Saturday the
tables are at ranging values that include your cover and give you an
open tab for that amount you paid at the door similar to an
all-inclusive cruise with the exception of 15% gratuity everything is
included in the table price. Although we cannot change your past
experience I would like to extend an offer to you to change your next
visit by offering you a free evening on us with the equivalent of
$300.00 value which could be used to purchase a bottle, food or drinks.
Personally I’m very sorry for your unpleasurable experience and as a
business Sin City Cabaret try’s very hard to avoid customers leaving
unsatisfied. I hope you take me up on this offer.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Review: Before going to Sin City Caberet to celebrate a birthday I called twice in advance to get pricing info that I could convey to the party joining us. I was told both times that I called that Sin City offers 2 for the price of 1 bottle service on Saturdays. When we entered Sin City Caberet on Saturday March **the waitress who greeted us also informed us of the 2 for the price of 1 bottle service. After she seated us and left us with the menu she returned about 5 minutes later and told us that the [redacted] had just changed the rules and there would not be any 2 for 1 bottle service special and in order to stay at our table we needed to buy a bottle, which we did. We were then told an hour later that we had to spend at least $500. I spoke with the [redacted] at the end of the evening, he was unapologetic and claimed that the 2 for 1 bottle service had been discontinued 3 weeks prior although I was told over the phone 2 days prior about it as well as the moment we entered this establishment.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the [redacted]and [redacted] of this establishment.
