I accept that I was finally able to contact Sims lohman. They are working towards a resolution, but it is not complete yet. They have agrees to fabricate and install 2 new pieces to replace the damaged/incorrect ones. with resolution.Below are results of our conversations.Our customer has expressed concerns about his sink cut out. During our conversations both parties agreed that the sink cut out was cut to manufacturer specifications and that no further action is necessary.Our customer also has concerns surrounding the integrity of onsite repairs. We agree with these concerns, have taken steps to replace the effected countertops, and are working to secure additional material. Once in hand our next step will be to send photos of the material for approval, fabricate replacement tops then make arrangements to have the new pieces installed.Our intent is to remain in contact to ensure that once our process is final, our customer is completely satisfied with both the purchase and the results of our service.SincerelyTim S[redacted] Sims Lohman ###-###-####
