Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: "...a free service" I assume that is the one time maintenance service, $ "..show us proof of this this trade amount difference." Since Sims Honda chose not to give me a copy of their written offer of $6,800.00, I have only my memory as evidence Sims Honda has the written document If the evidence was destroyed, we all could complete a truth examination, but I choose not to request that of Sims Honda's staff We both know what the results would be " ...a courteous and friendly manner." Public records do not support this claim Plus, friends do not steal from their friends "Sadly the only thing it appears Mr [redacted] wants is a monetary amount which we offered him..." In years I can remember times a thief has stolen from me Sims Honda now is number Yes I want what is due me But that's not "the only thing" Far more importantly I hope and pray that Sims Honda will choose to act in GOOD faith I know what it will do for their business! I realize this may be a very difficulty decision, but make this important decision! Always remember that failure to act in good faith results in breach of contract and liability for resulting damagesSims Honda has my fervent prayers.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***
We have dealt with Mr*** on multiple occasions in regards to this matter. We have responded to him, the attorney general and now the Revdex.com. We have offered Mr*** a free service. Sadly the only thing it appears Mr*** wants is a monetary amount which we offered him if he can show us proof of this trade amount difference. When Mr*** was here if there was laughter in his transaction it was only intended to make buying a car a fun experience and not upset him in any way. We have responded to his phone calls, emails and complaints in a courteous and friendly manner. Please let me know if you have any further questions.Elizabeth H***
