I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
I would like a refund of the Money we paid this business for services the were not supplied. my child never had classroom time and had one 15 minute driving instruction , this is out right a bad business practice and the fact that they are always referring to another "person" and hanging up on you and then not answering the phone when you call back. However if you call back from another number then they answer and  then start referring you to yet another person and it just goes in circles . I do not want to make this into a court case but if I have to I will file and then have my attorney also put in for court costs . I am only asking now for my $775.00 refund .thanking you in advance
