Review: This company provided poor customer service when contacted regarding problems with the work they had done during replacement of an entire septic tank in the front yard of my home. They apparently hired a subcontractor to complete the job which was evidently done incorrectly. There is a large 15-20 foot sink hole in my front yard that is a danger to my family and anyone who comes onto my property. This is the second times in two months that large sink holes have appeared where they did their work. Both companies have been contacted several times, in a professional manner, and asked to fix the problem. However, I was told they "do not guarantee their work." They refuse to come to my home to even look at the problem.Desired Settlement: I would simply like this job done correctly and fixed at their financial expense, so I do not have persistent problems with sink holes in my front yard that are a danger to my family.
