Very dissatisfied with Cedar Falls location They were changing brands and having a closing saleWhen I went to pick up my furniture they asked to call first so they can have it ready and when we arrived we waited for an hour for them to find the furniture, they loaded it up for us and we told them we did not receive the correct pieces Sales said they would receive the correct piece that week and deliver free of charge ASAPThey never called back and when I called they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and kept changing the receiving and delivery dates and times Everything they say in one phone call will be different from what they say in the next confrontation
