I was a little nervous about ordering from simplytoyz because I couldn't find much about them online. shipping took a little longer, but my order arrived in good condition and is exactly what I asked for. as the other reviewer mentioned, I also sent them an email that never got answered, but overall im happy with my purchase

I have been trying to reach out to them to inquire as to their return policy. I sent them two emails and no one has responded. I also called the number listed on their website (855) 285-1844, to no avail. No one answers and the phone just rings and then just hangs up. Very poor customer service. Will not purchase from them again.
