I was worried about ordering from Simply to Impress after reading some complaints on this website, but I figured I would give it a tryI am so impressed with my experience with themI put in an order for graduation announcements and I received them in a beautiful box exactly week later (significantly faster than a similar order I placed to Shutterfly)They were just as I had orderedSimply to Impress upgraded my shipping from economy to 2-day Fedex Air for no reason and they even included a couple extra announcements free of chargeTheir prices were very competitive and I am very happy with the product

I ordered Christmas cards on Nov
They were processed and shipped out on the 21stI paid $USD, which is even more in Canadian dollars, and expected shipping to be here in days or less, like they say
My cards still aren't hereThey apparently aren't due to arrive until the end of the week
I asked for my shipping to be refunded since they didn't expedite my cards and they'll likely not make it to anyone on time
Instead of refunding me $they refunded me $
I'm not impressedThe customer service is poorHe kept arguing with me about business days, and even if you count just business days, they're still past the days window
