Harley Davidson of Wausau stated that I could bring my bike back at my chargeAnd the running issue was stated in the start of W/O by Harley Davidson of WausauAlso no mention to fix issues of taillight which was broken by their technician nor the hole in the seat which was not there upon my delivery of bike to them and on the opposite side to the collision Also I can prove with email sent to *** on April 6th when I delivered the bike with my wife *** who sent the email of new paint scheme sent to *** on 4/6/as he stated it would decrease the cost of the insurance claimIt states right in the w/o submitted idle and throttle issues along with every thing elseI also brought them another speedometer with recorded mileage to have a recorded speedometer with all mileage but was instructed it was not needed as when they plugged the new speedometer in it would record the correct mileageW/O Initialed by JPOThey have made mistakes in every aspect of this $botched repair on custom that they stated they should have totaled even though I cared extra insurance to cover all the custom features on my motorcycle and treated me so unfairly how am I to trust that they will fix all the issues I am currently experiencing? If it is agreed to fix all issues I currently have and to give me the receipt to return the parts I can not use in a timely fashion I will agree to take my bike back to them

we have to contact the insurance as the refund of moneys on a wreck repair gets returned to the insurance, because they are the ones that paidand we issued you a check for 721.37, not the you put in your last emailwe repaired run ability issues that were never part of the wreck repair at our expense, the customer knew it had issues and did not inform us of such before the wreck repair, a diaphragm does not go bad overnight it had been bad for some time

We have the Storage program posted all over the store and a month ago we sent letters to storage customers asking for a minimum of days notice for bike pickup out of storage, we have to do spring check over wash and get ready to leavewe cannot get these units out on a minute notice
