Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There was NO communication on the part of the contractor to ANY of my concerns. They made NO effort to complete the job they were paid for even though they PROMISED day after day that they would return to do so, but again, they NEVER showed up. They left my pool WITHOUT an operational filtration system which obviously is totally inexcusable. As for the installation itself, the sand base was NOT trowled (sculpted) or compacted properly as several indentations are present in the bottom of the pool, and wrinkles are persent which is indicative of an improperly measured liner according to several subsequent PROFESSIONAL opinions from more mainstream, reputable installers. The job was rushed at best.Furthermore, their complete refusal to return phone calls, messages, etc. and outright LIES about returning to finish the job they started is reason enough NOT to hire these poor excuses for contractors.Their workmanship is extremely sub-par, and their customer service is even worse! It's NOT my job to reshape the sand base prior to liner installation, it's THEIRS!! It's a standard task in completing the job they were hired to do!As previously stated, I had to pay to have someone else finish the job they abandoned, despite the fact that I paid them in full in advance in good faith. If they aren't at least willing to reimburse me for that amount, I will continue to pursue this matter by whatever means necessary.
