over the last two weeks, on the number you provided to try and resolve your issue. I still have not heard back from you yet, so I am unsure how you would like to proceed. I know that we contacted the manufacturer of the part that failed and they agreed to warranty that item at not cost to you. Had you called me back, I would've been able to communicate that to you, along with our resolution for your charging system issue.
