My name is L*** ''Frank V***Master Screen Printer, Senior Graphic & Web Designer, Patternmaker and Leather Craftsman.First of all I would like to start by saying I, do not know who *** * *** isI never did business nor met with this person. On the other hand I do know who *** ***
isVery interesting character.Manhattan Screen Print(Home Base Business) just like Custom Ink, VistaPrint and Monkey In A Dryer is an online service provider for screen print and designWe currently have five years in this serviceUnlike the other companies we provide an extra service to our clients and that this to be able to meet with the designer in order to fulfill the client's needDue to the nature of the business We Reserve The Right To Serve and Allow admittance to our facilityAs in our marketing publications says; "No Walk In By appointment Only".Our current client base comprehends from APTTUS, Oppenheimer Funds, DramaFever, Hugo Boss, Red Rabbit, Inwood Academy and many othersI travel the nation doing live show events for world renown corporations.*** *** called our office on Feb ** of the current yearAt that moment we had two jobs, one on production and the other waiting to be producedHe wanted to meet immediately, I proceeded to explain to him that things are not like that and gave him an appointment for 1pm that same day.Throughout the meeting he was shown my extensive portfolio, he was shown work was been done at that period of timeHe was explained that normally our turnaround is one week but in reality two weeks is the time especially when there is work being producedHe was very anxious for me to take his money and I had to do more explaining to do.He was also explained in the event that we make a terrible error in printing shirts, then we will reprint the order for you at no additional cost or refund the cost of material lostThis rarely happens and really only applies to serious mistakes like printing the wrong art, printing the wrong location, or ordering the wrong color garmentsIf you are about to explode because your print is 1/4? too high then you really need to calm down and come back to the reality of reproducing artwork on a flexible and not-so-smooth substrate that is exposed to high and low temperatures. In this (and any printing industry), misprints happenA screen could come out of registration, we may find a defect in the garment, the garment may come from a bad dye lot, etcThere are a million things that could go wrong but we manage to keep misprints and defects well below 1% of all garments printed over the course of a yearThis isn’t to say that your order will be guaranteed to have less than 1% misprints, this just happens to be our averageIf we misprint a few of your garments then we will NOT charge you for these, and we’ll likely even throw them in with the order at no charge if they are passableSince misprints can happen, we’d encourage you to order extra garments if you need exact quantities due to preorders or team member requestsFor example, if you are ordering a single Extra Small garment for your kid, there is a chance that this garment becomes a misprintIt would be unreasonable for us to re-setup the screens just to print this sin gle shirtInstead of getting mad at us, why not order a few extra pieces of the garments that you have low quantities on?We try to minimize it, but misprints do happen and we cannot predict when. The brand(Sigma) garment brought in by the client it is of extreme poor quality 'Carded Open Thread’ with a thread count lower than the industry standardThis brand is so poor that you can’t find it online. He came with a set of hand drawings that appear to be the ideas he wantedI started creating all of the digital assetsHe was also advice to make sure that he won't have any trademarking or copyright issued since most of the graphic he brought in was downloaded from the internet.(At this moment I made a huge exception for him) I spent from the 26-four hours every morning working on *** *** filesThat is hours at $per hour for a total of $that he never paid for as a favor to himI told him he could buy those files later for $420.He has two brands “F.I.R.E.” and “S.O.U.R.”On Feb*** I started preparing the screens for the clients two part job as I was finishing up the previous print run mentioned aboveThis is when I actually took the first deposit for invoice ***, which he is due $Than I proceeded to take the first deposit for job two, invoice ***, which he is due $on March ***.The client owes a total of $1,487.06Manhattan Screen Print has a 100% deposit policySince the client is a student I proceeded to be flexible with him and a partial payment was allowed. The production started on March *** and ended on March ***.The client was made aware of open charges for color changes in the job that will be added once the job is fulfilled.Once we got final approval by the client and started production, he pretended to be at my place of work over-seeing production, which is not safeOnce he was informed of this, he walked in claiming he was an Alpha-Male and with a Thug attitudeThat is when I decided to inform him via email that He was not welcomed to our facilityTo finish the transaction like most of our clients for safety reasons. He proceeded to attack me via textTexting me late nights while I was sleeping and/or telling me how to do my job. After he was made aware he was not welcomed to our facility, and that Police was going to be called if his presence was detectedHe showed up with a stranger to my private building in an action of defianceHe was told via speaker to leave the area and finalize payments via *** which actually will protect his money in case of a claimOnce he was denied access he proceed to trespass and started banging on the door demanding for me to allow him accessI called and Police showed a little after.Ha was also informed of damaged garment he was discounted for on the *** invoiceI have done all to give this client a good experience but his lack of understanding is not healthy for himFinally, since his work is extensive, out of the kindness of my heart, I assure him that once he make the final payment I will include the Positive Films which are needed to make the framesWith this at hand he can take the job any place to be done.In my power I have a copy of all the texts he sent attacking me and email history showing his avoidance to communicate and what they are trying to do id to get the job for what the client gave as a deposit. The client owes a total of $1,from two separate invoices to this date
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have not been permitted to inspect the work quality that has been completedAnd Frank has yet to respond to the facts displayed on the invoices that he has practiced price-gouging and double billingAlso, I have not been afforded the right to get a proper damage assessment due to the extremely unprofessional mannerisms on behalf the companys' owner.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Frank V[redacted] the owner of Manhattan screen print is a real shyster. His business practices are highly illegal. This can be attributed to the two different invoices that I sent you. You'll notice that I was billed twice in the frames Department 4 flames at $140 also you'll notice that he charge me for 100 flame on shirts at the price of $3 a piece just for the design that goes on the back and that was $300. I testify that that man has only done 40 some-odd shirts with that style however he found it fit to charge me $300 for the production of 100 shirts I guess he felt as if my math wasn't good enough to calculate and figure out that he has overcharged me and over build me and double-billed me and extensively excessively marked up prices that were already set. Mind you all of this he did after money had exchanged hands. He boasts that he is a master screen printer with clients that extend internationally. He claims to do professional work with exceptional quality. However what he delivered to me was inferior and the work of a novice at best. When I explain to him my dissatisfaction with the merchandise that he had finished I was calm I was Collective and I was attractive and always respectful with my tongue. However his pride Took the Wheel and now I'm dealing with a tyrant who has my money and my property and it's making unrealistic demands in regard for the payment and/or the release of my property without my inspection. At which point I contacted Revdex.com in regards to Shady business dealings. I have also taken the Liberty to contact and put a complaint in with the attorney general's office and regards fraud and theft. I have refused to make the final payment through [redacted] as he has directed me to. I am not paying for anything that I cannot see no I am I paying for work and which I cannot see the quality they are off nor will he see ever another dime from me and I intend to take him to the Supreme Court where he will be held accountable for the loss of business the loss of wages the loss of material the Shady business dealings The Falls Building the double-billing the accessibility and everything else Shady that he has done within the time and which I have contacted him I have no intention on letting this thing go, and I feel that he is old nothing. In fact I feel it is if I am the victim and I should be compensated to the tune of approximately 200% per dollar per month in regards to the deposit and which I've made. I feel than entatively he should be held accountable for his unprofessionalism his threats and everything else that is outside of the way business is supposed to operate legitimately under the stature of law. This man has cost me and innumerable amount of money. I have lost three contracts with three prominent clothing stores because of my failure to deliver the merchandise and my apparel on time in a timely fashion because of this whole ordeal with this Frank Vega Manhattan screen print. He should be made to compensate me for the loss. As I have said before to you as well as to him while he was doing the work that to me my shirts are worth 40 50 and $60 I have stores that were selling them for that price. I did not come to Frank V[redacted] for a quick job I did not come to Frank V[redacted] 4 almost perfect job I came to Frank Vega because of his boasted clientele list. He showed me the excellent work that he has done for major companies and what he told me was perfection you promise the same but what he delivered was far from the mark. I can expect my customers to buy apparel with blurred words or unclear images. I expressed this to him and as a consequence thereof I was banned from face-to-face customer service for some reason he feels as if he's entitled to deny me access to my property. There is no resolution other than this man returning every dollar I gave him with a $ 200% a month added interest on to the deposit in which I gave him. In layman terms what I mean is between February [redacted] and March [redacted] I gave him $1,400 in total. So by April [redacted] I felt as if he owns me not just the $1,400 butt an increase of 200% making the total amount of interest on $2,800 making the amount of money that he owes me now $4,200. And that's just the first month because for the second month I want the same exact thing based off the figure $4,200 in other words 200% of $4,200 is $8,400 which is to be added to the $4,200 which would bring the total in May * $12,600 which happens to be the approximate value of the merchandise that he is holding that belongs to me. I'm not asking the Revdex.com to enforce this instead I will go to a higher authority such as the Supreme Court in regards to this matter and I will see to it that he pays me for loss of wages loss of contracts loss of business punitive damages for fraud I will see to it that his license is revoked and I will not stop until I receive all of my property with compensation for the damages. So know this matter is not resolved and far from being resolved. I have had to withdraw from a competition 4 CUNY smart pitch comma this competition was for entrepreneurs. The prize money included 30000 plus dollars toward the winners. And I was more than just a hopeful pic. So I should be compensated for that as well especially because he knew about this competition I spoke highly of this competition to him and told him the need for him to produce My Apparel flawlessly so that I could promote it and use it it meaning the competition as a vehicle to further broadcast promote and Market my clothing lines. This man this Frank V[redacted] of Manhattan screen print deliberately sabotage my success and is attempting to destroy my businesses and he should be held accountable for this. I want every dollar I gave him with the added interest of 200% per month an escalating scale and for me that is not negotiable. I want the merchandise and which I dropped off to his shop 300 shirts I want every one of them and I want compensation for all the ones that are destroyed damaged or made of inferior quality. I have previously sent to this department various text messages which depict Frank Vega cursing me out threatening me with physical harm might I add and pretty much taunting me in regard to the CD business dealings. The bottom line here is I took my time to find a screen printer and when I found Manhattan screen print I thought I found a good thing especially because of the extensive clientele list and the superior work that he has done and showed me I felt I was in good hands. So we made an arrangement and he was supposed to deliver excellent work perfect perfection however he did not deliver this morning to me in fact the Peril that I did over see or look over it was of inferior quality very poor craftsmanship and when I told him of this it became belligerent and arrogant and so it to Bar me from critiquing any other of his work although I am paying for it which really makes no sense so he should be punished I want his license revoked I want him to pay me 200% her daughter received apartment house an escalating scale. Also I want all of the shirts back 300 and total and I have an inventory regarding the amount of shirts the color of shirts and the sizes of shirts even the style and sex of the shirts can be accounted for. Once again I want every dollar that I gave to him returned at a 200% interest rate per month on an escalating scale and I want the return of all of my property done finish complete unfinished however I want my property. As far as the threats in harassment is concerned that's a matter for the New York City Police Department and the judge to decide with that I'll say Miss author you have my number please contact me if you need anything further thank you for your assistance in this matter and I hope for the best
