Simply Prepaid T-Mobile

The customer came into the store yesterday and I (***) spoke with her personally. She has a swollen battery. This is caused by using the incorrect charger. Customer said she was using an old charger. She needs to use the charger that came with the phone from the... manufacturer. I advised her to purchase a new battery from a retailer for the android phone she has. She understood and was going to buy a new battery on ebay. Going forward she needs to be using the correct charger as I explained to her. Our company is a branch of T-Mobile but T-Mobile had nothing to do with this matter. There are no recalls that I am aware of on this Samsung phone.
