Review: I had [redacted] at Simply Pools and Spa repair a small crack and remodel my pool for $17,350. When completed the pool looked very nice. Sadly, it began leaking within a year of the remodel. Called [redacted], he came out and did a temporary fix with some material that did not match the pebble finish of the pool. Needless to say, the pool began leaking again within the year, and had a few conversations with [redacted] and he was to come look at it and repair. Never came by to repair the leak, tried his office, his website. Left numerous messages for them over the past three years. NO return call or email. My pool is sitting here empty, I still owe the majority of the money I spent on the remodel. I am so disappointed in Simply Pools and Spas.Desired Settlement: I would like them to repair the leak completely, not patch and resurface pool to restore it to the condition it was when remodel was completed.
