I canceled my order eight days ago and they still haven’t refunded the $3890 that they owe me. I would not do business with this company ever again. Buyer beware.
This review is incorrect and a mis-representation of my company. This individual was rude and combative towards office staff and ownership after a deposit was taken. After we mutually agreed to parts ways her credit card refund was submitted and completed. She called next day again rude demanding to know why the money was not back into her accounts it was explained to her that credit card refunds like always take 7-10 business days to process and was advised to be patient as I have no control over this. She again called 5 business days later angrily because it was not back, I explained that even though it's been 7 days the weekends do not count. I offered to bring her a printed credit card receipt showing the date and time in refunded her but she refused. At the time of me writing this it has currently only been 6 closed business days.
In response to Steve, the owner of this particular outfit, what he posted is a lie. He never, and I mean never offered to show me a receipt of giving me a refund. In fact, I told him that if I got my money back I would go and adjust my complaint with the Revdex.com. I was not rude. I simply wanted my 4K back. Again, this just goes to show why I would never do business with this particular branch of the business again. There was no need to lie in the response. And if he had showed me a receipt of the return this would’ve never happened. I still have not gotten my money back. Luckily for me, Citibank froze that money and I have not had to pay it. They will go after this owner. Always, and I mean always use a credit card to pay.
