Simply Hair Beauty Salon

I am responding to a complaint that was filed again Simply Hair Beauty Salon.
I am a little confused about this situation since we never serviced this customerWe have no record
of this person every visiting our facility.
Customer's statement -
Customer stated that they purchased hair from us previously & brought business clientele to our salonWe have never heard or seen this customer or any of her referrals.
Customer stated that she asked to speak with the store managerWe do not have a store manager - we are a hair salon.
Customer stated that she spoke with the sales person who sold her the hairOnce again we do not have sales people , this is a hair salon.
Customer stated that she spoke with the store manager & the store manager refused any accommodationCustomer also stated that she receive an expired $gift cardThis salon does not have a store manager, & we do not have nor do we offer any type of gift cards.
Customer stated that the store manager stated that she has never had a customer complaint everThat is not something we would ever say to a customerThe customer stated that the store manager told her to call the hair extension company as well as the store manager raising her voiceThis is unprofessional behavior if this indeed happened to the customerThis company or individuals that work for this company would never behavior in a unprofessional manner.
I am shocked by these allegations against this company & I assure you that the customer has the wrong companyIt is my belief that perhaps the customer is referring to either the "beauty supply store" which is located a few blocks from us or perhaps a hair salon that is located in the same shopping plaza as the beauty supply store.
Once again, this hair salon have not & will not conduct ourselves in an unprofessional manner.
I am humbly asking that you look into this matter immediately & clear Simply Hair Beauty Salon's nameOur name is all that we have & we do not want our name tarnished
