Simply Devine Caterers

Review: We had requested catering and waitress service from the Simply Devine Caterers for 12/**/13. The day we required their services, there was a snow storm predicted. We called in the morning to see if we could change the date of the delivery, but they had already started preparing the food. We came to an agreement to accept the food that day and to cancel the waitress service. We received the food but no waitress was provided, as agreed. When we received our charge bill, we noticed that the bill included $125 for the waitress service.We contacted the vendor numerous times but they failed to credit our account.Desired Settlement: We would like the vendor to pay us the $125 for the services they did not provide to us.
