I was just stunned when their sales agent did not show up. They made me travel from Toronto to Hamilton for nothing. I rushed for my Hamilton home [redacted] Ave for a 7:30 appointment spend two hours in commute and when I reached Hamilton the sales agent did not show up. When I called her she did not responded first time. I called from my home phone again then she picked up the phone and telling me that she is now in Brampton and cant come until 9 PM. My dear friends, if the sales agent is that sloppy I cant even think about the service call. I cant believe,a growing organization such as siplycomfort, how could they keep these type of [redacted] sales agents who ruined their first impression. Then I came to this website to see their service call review, there are many complain about their service call as well. Now my question is who is going to compensate me the time and travel cost that I have wasted so far for this [redacted] organization.
