Review: On 4/**/14, I paid [redacted] of Simply Cheryl Laser Hair Removal $99.00 for 6 laser hair removal treatments. My first sessions with her went well and I was excited to continue business with her. I received 1/6 treatments that I paid for on 4/**/14. The following month, May, I called to set up another appointment and she said that she left her location at Spa 25 and will be getting a new location and to be patient while she works things out. I then waited another month to be considerate of her situation. I called and texted her again on June * and June ** and she said that she will see me in two weeks. I then contacted her on June ** and June ** and on June **, a woman named [redacted], stating to be her assistant called me to ask me to continue waiting for [redacted] to find a new location. I waited again and on July **, I contacted her again and got no response. [redacted] then sent me a text a few days later stating that [redacted] now has a new location at Velocity Hair Salon in Middle Island. I contacted her on August ** to set up an appointment at her new location and [redacted] again never responded. I waited until August ** and ** when I then asked her to please refund the money that I paid her because I have never heard back from her and I no longer want to wait. Waiting this long was not part of the services she promised when paying her the $99. for 6 sessions; she said that services would occur monthly. Because she gave me one session, I divided $99./6 and subtracted the 1 session for $16.50 and asked for a refund of $82.50. On August **, she asked me to wait for the refund because she doesn't have the money right now. I waited and on September ** and September **, I contacted her again for an update on the refund and have not heard back from her at all. I feel cheated out of money. I was patient with her and she is not upholding her side of the purchase. I just simply want my money back at this time. I am not confident in this unprofessionalism. I therefore divided $99./6 and subtracted the 1 session I had for $16.50 and am asking for a fair refund of $82.50. I would like a check for $82.50 mailed to me at [redacted]
