Once again, Simply Business Class provided me with a seamless and satisfying trip to London. From the purchase of exactly what I wanted in flights to the concern from Vitaliy and from Rose that everything was in order BEFORE I left home to the checking that everything had gone well when I returned home, nothing could be faulted. I will definitely used SBC again. Thank you to everyone at SBC....

What an amazing experience I had with *** from SBC. He went to extreme lengths to help me, even working from his home at night to make sure I secured my flight. This kind of care is rare now days, I am very grateful and will choose to use this company and *** when ever I fly again Again Thankyou

We used Simply Business to book our flights to *** was our main contact and I must mention his customer service was exceptional.

Simply Business Class is, quite simply, an exquisite experience. From the super sharp, professional attentive service when you to book, to the fantastic flights they find, to the amazing prices - these guys really know their stuff, they know the airlines, and they know how to do this properly. I've even had to call the SBC office from a lounge halfway into my trip for urgent advice, it was way outside their usual office hours but sure enough, my rep was magically available. Truly a travel pro!

My name is *** and I flew to Europe with my wife at the end of August 2019.
SBC, via *** provided an excellent and prompt service to provide my wife and I with Business Class flight options to suit our requirements. We were not "easy" customers as we had to change departure dates quite frequently and *** were flexible to provide me what was possible at the time.
The cost of the flights were significantly lower than other companies I have checked with.
My wife and I will no doubts recommend them to others and use *** for future flights.

SBC exceeded all expectations. Virtually immediate service backed by solid knowledge and experience. Genuine value provided by people who are accessible and pleasant.

I have dealt recently with Simply Business Class and its they have exceeded my expectation with flights and cost. I have booked more flights with them in the future and will be my flight source agents going forward! *** has done a great job giving me a wide selection of choices and has been easy and quick to deal with.

This company uses deceptive business practices by booking travel by using frequent flyer miles which they purchase from other individuals. First, this practice is not allowed by most airlines and secondly, they do not tell you that they are providing you with a “free ticket” that is not necessarily entitled to all of the same protections as a regular revenue ticket. Secondly, they obfuscate the fact that as a frequent flyer you will not get any credit towards the miles that are flown nor the dollars you thought you were spending with the airline, but actually go only into the pockets of this agency.

We advise all of our clients on the information at question prior to booking. What benefits will be, or will not be earned, is always dependent on how/where the specific reservation is being booked. All clients are made aware of this.

After raising this issue with the ***, client was offered a partial refund to rectify the situation and get the desired benefits at question on 09/10/2018. Refund was declined by the client.

To the clients desired settlement; we do not falsely advertise about benefits earned. This is determined at the time of booking dependent on what/how something is being booked.

The resolution/outcome the client is requesting is not clear. The above response is the same paragraph from the initial complaint and does not have any clear explanation as to what exactly the client wants.

None of the reservations we book are "free" nor do we mislead anyone. All of the information about each specific reservation is explained to the client prior to booking. If the client believes that not to be the case, we are happy to try and rectify this matter. As mentioned; client was offered a refund in Sep 2018, to rectify the situation which was declined.

Not sure how to proceed with this matter.

Complaint***I am rejecting this response because: This business continues to obfuscate the issue. I can assure you when you look at my receipt that we know is wasn’t free, but yet I can assure you *** made it very clear I was traveling on a FREE ticket and I’ve already explained their poor attempt to offer a refund for half of my travel and leave me stranded in the middle of a trip and to pay even more since I would be having to buy a ticket on the spot.

My number one preference is for them to go out of business unless they are willing to be honest. If they were truly honest and transparent then the documentation I received would have been clear by saying something like “Please be aware that we have purchased other peoples frequent flyer miles and then used those miles to acquire your ticket”, understand that the airline will issue you a FREE ticket and you will be subject to whatever limitations your airline imposes on such tickets”

You do not see that on the documentation do you? I do not expect the business to resolve this in any way, therefore I will continue to ensure that I use every opportunity to shed light on this way they are doing business so that the next buyer is aware. If people do not care, that’s great, they should enjoy it, but we were clearly misled and will not do business with this company again and will warn everyone else as well. We have already reported this to the airline and they have clearly advised us that this is against the rules of their program and are pursuing their own actions.Sincerely

This is the best company that we have ever found for traveling business class. Great service and great staff. They give you answers right away and are very helpful. We tell everyone about the, would and do recommend them to everyone.

“This is the second time I have used Simply Business Class to fly internationally this time from Los Angeles to Paris. They booked me on a non-stop *** flight in business class. Though the seats didn't recline to 180 degrees, the food and service were wonderful and I was able to sleep a little. The people I dealt with at SBC are knowledgeable and friendly and I feel as though I get personalized service and they understand my requests. They got back to me in a timely manner and confirmed the flight information immediately. I was able to check my information on both the *** phone apps so I knew the the booking was accurate.”

We used SBC for our return flights to Rome this year and it all went extremely well. *** could not do enough to assist us in getting our return flights, which was a little problematic as we left it a little late. Can't wait to deal with *** again this year for our flights in 2019 to Europe.
