After cross reconciling customer's NVIDIA order with financial report we received from NVIDIA, we realized there was a refund of a portion of his order.Once adjusted, his approved cashback was below $CAD needed to a payment.We will make an exception and send him whatever cash back approved he has on 5/1/

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I forwarded all information about the transaction in question to [redacted] at Simply Best Coupons, showing that no refund was given on the purchase price of the item. I was given a refund for sales tax paid on the item, which should have no bearing whatsoever on the amount of cashback I received from Simply Best Coupons, as the sales tax never factored in the original cashback amount. There was no reason for Simply Best Coupons to reduce my payment amount.Simply Best Coupons did forward me a payment of $22.10 yesterday, April 23rd, 2018, $3.25 less than I was told I would be receiving in an email received March 20th, 2018.
