Only one month supply credited after informing them we would take legal action.
Uncooperative in connecting to any supervisors.
Credit of $624.47 in unauthorized charges.
Complete scam. Ordered the trial and now have 2 more charges to my account for 90 a piece there is no place on the website to cancel.
Can only cancel after they charge you an additional 2 times because of no number or place to even cancel on site. Only listed number with your bank after charged. I did not authorize these charges I do not want this subscription

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Simply Beautiful Skin Cream and Simply Beautiful Eye Serum, if you do not call to cancel and return the products.
Your trial started when you ordered the products on 05/05/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.97. Your trial ended on 05/21/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Support on 05/26/2020 and refunded you back $84.95 and $89.92. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.

There was a free sample offer on FB for their eye revitalizer and facial moisturizer, all you had to do was pay shipping and handling of $9.96. I received the product samples and was charged for the S&H. Today BB&T Fraud services contacted me on two charges on my card totaling approximately $180 for the two "Samples" that were advertised as free. I was advised by my bank to call and cancel immediately. I was under the impression they were charging me for additional shipments but the customer care representative at the company assured me I was paying for the 2 free items I had already received. They have refused to refund my money, the only way I can get it is if the bank does a three way call which they do not contact vendors. This is false advertising the highest form advertising a "FREE" sample and then charging huge prices for the item. The woman at customer services was not rude in any way but also not helpful as she is for the company and they do not want to refund my money for my FREE sample. By the way, did I mention it was a FREE sample. This should be outlawed to be able to falsely advertise a sample as free except for shipping and handling and then turn around and charge for the sample. All I ask is for my $89.92 to be refunded as the bank was able to stop the 2nd payment for the other FREE item from being charged to my card. I see the name UNILEVER all the time, I would never thought in a million years they were scam artist. I am retired, live on a fixed income and COVID 19 taken a toll on my home and family. Other (requires explanation) I would like my charge refunded to my credit card that, to me, was illegally taken. I agreed to pay for shipping and handling on a FREE sample. I also want them to be made to stop this false advertising due to the stress it is causing people who agree to their sample offer. UNILEVER needs to clear their name and become the company I had thought they were. The email address on the order states "trysimplybeautiful" so that indicates it is a trial, a FREE TRIAL!

I have not ordered and they have not been delivered. I have been unsuccessful to contact the company /no information listed on "Packing Slip"/no return Label either...after googled it I got the phone # to call and again no success to get refund or return label/for the future shipment/...the person I have spoke to was really rude and unwilling to help to solve the problem I have. I am 70 years old and I am living of my SSC check and I think I deserve better "treatment". Thank You for helping...

I ordered a trial size moisture cream and eye cream at $4.97 each. I found out they had hit my credit card 2 times. $84.95 and $89.92 on 2-16-2020.
When I ordered this they didn't reveal that there would be additional charges. I found they had charged my card $84.95 & $89.92 on 2-16-2020. I have not even received any product from them beyond my original purchase of $4.97 for the eye cream and

Monthly charges are fraud. This is a scam. People need to know their credit card information is not safe with these people.
To report fraudulent activity in this Simply Beauty scam to perhaps save someone else the problem I have. My credit card reversed one of the charges as fraud but is trying to make me pay the second charge. I am trying to get my card company on the line now.

Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process additional refund of $89.92.

these items come with NO info , no customer service Number, no " distributed by "info. I ordered a free trial 2 months ago, with only shipping charges applied. There was NO paper work to cancel any future order. now I am getting products which I DO NOT WANT AND DID NOT ORDER.. THIS IS FRAUD AND THIS "company" should be fined or put out of business.
