We went in with the best intentions and fell in love with a sectional that was made by Coaster FurnitureWe had it delivered and within a few days the stichting began coming apart
We called and they apologized and sent another to us that was in better conditionAfter a few months, the same issues starting happening again and I went in to discuss options since I did not want another due to it obviously being a manufacturer defectThe owner, ***, told me that this was a known issue and they have since stopped carrying that particular manufacturers productsShe also told me that they could not offer a refund, but a store credit and recommended a new manufacturer that they were working with (*** ***)
My wife and I spent time with the associate after thorough research on the manufacturer picking out colors and stylesThey told us that it would take 4-weeks for it to be made and would be shipped directly to our house
