Theresa is the wife answering phone calls. I bought a new treadmill which has had a number of issues. The treadmill company sent a "new" deck which was visibly broken. I mentioned to Theresa that if her husband couldn't fix my treadmill given this broken "new" deck that I would just move forward with a refund from the company because it was ridiculous to force him to come out again since the company sent broken parts for him to work with. Theresa sends a bizarre voice-mail that I was demanding money from her. I asked her not to put words into my mouth considering that my statement was in written format and I could prove that I never demanded money from her or her husband. A good example as to why family members don't make good employees.
