in person everything was resolved satisfactorily for all parties. During our eviction court hearing we chose to agree to a stipulated agreement between the parties for tenants to bring all past due amounts owing current. The amounts we had given her before the hearing were stated accurately and our payment agreement was approved of by a judge and made a legal recorded document. Tenant stated she was angry when she wrote the Revdex.com and that she would file a response clarifying her remarks in a more accurate fashion. To specifically respond to several outlined allegations please note the following: Apex Property Management does maintain this residential property as required by law. We provide all required services and have recently went so far as to install eight security cameras on site at this location, not just three, The items that the tenant felt were "not maintained" were actually damage that had been caused by other tenant's failure to supervise their children. These children caused extensive property damage to the apartment complex itself within a very short period of time. This has been remedied and repaired. The alleged failure to post payments to tenant account correctly were in reality just a misunderstanding of the. charges owed by the tenant. The tenants confusion came in because she misunderstood the amounts owed and felt that the entire back amount owed was just a bunch of late fees and that we were overcharging her. In reality, tenant states she did not realize that they had actually missed a whole month's rent payment. The tenants were actually perpetually behind in rent due to missing a month's rent, and then the late fees and associated charges began to snowball. It is our belief that the tenant didn't realize she had missed a month of rent because her prior onslte management was her near family and they did. not keep very accurate records. Either way, it was not due to inaccurate record keeping on the part of Apex Property Management.
In regards to parking, there is one included parking spot provided for each residence as per the known rental agreement when the parties move in. Each apartment has. the option to purchase a second additional space should they so choose to do. This tenant has now opted to pay for an additional parking space per her rental agreement rather than park in a space that is reserved and be fined for the parking violation. The tenants have since agreed to pay monthly their current monthly rent payment and a portion of the past due until all amounts are caught up and paid in full. All parties are satisfied with the agreement. Sincerely, Luana K[redacted]-[redacted] Apex Property Management
