Good morning,We have sent multiple emails to the homeowner in relation to the open exterior grading and exterior flatwork? As we have explained in the various emails, due to the temperature and rainy conditions, exterior flatwork was delayed quite a bit this year and we are working on getting these items scheduled? Per [redacted] ? code for homes closed during winter months, we have until June 30th to complete the exterior grading and flatwork? I have informed the homeowner that once I have an update on the schedule I will let them know?
