I closed this account in November of 2019. They continued billing me and did not close it. Then they said they would only refund me one month. Which I'm not sure they even did that. They have been billing me for the past 6 months for a service they can see has not been used and refuse to make it right by refunding me and claim they can only refund one month. That's fraud it's not my problem they did t cancel it the first time when I canceled it. They are very uncooperative and do not seem to care about any customer service resolution whatsoever. Their system to cancel is absurd and purposefully difficult to deter customers from closing they should be investigated.
Billing Adjustment I want a refund of 6 months
We were first contacted by *** on April 21, 2020, stating that a request was made months ago to cancel her account. We can assure the Revdex.com that we respond to all requests for assistance, have check previous communications from ***, and have not received any previous requests for cancellation.
The above noted, we responded to *** on the same day of April 21st explaining that while we are unable to cancel her account on her behalf, all customers are able to self-cancel without assistance directly within their accounts. *** responded that she was having difficulty cancelling her account and included a screenshot of her attempt.
We noticed that in her screenshot that she was not entering the security phrase required to cancel as exactly as it was displayed to her in the cancellation process (we ask that customers enter a phrase to assure that account cancellation is a deliberate act as once an account is cancelled all data is lost and irretrievable). *** was able to cancel her account on April 23, 2020.
While we are not amenable to refunding all subscription charges that *** incurred, to show good will, yesterday we did issue two additional months' refunds (for a total of 3 months).
