Simplehuman

I've owned a Simplehuman 48 litre steel bar recycler can for a couple of years now and have loved it. Recently one of the pins the holds the lid in place broke and the can's lid fell off. My 10 year old son put the lid in the recycling and I didn't find out until a week later.

I called to see if I could buy a replacement lid and instead they offered to replace the entire can.

I've been nothing but impressed with their service and the entire replacement process was very straightforward.
