Defective tires and no customer support
Purchased 4 tires on 11/19/20. After installation on 12/1/20 the truck shook badly. Rebalanced wheels several times but same problem. finally did road force balance test and discovered 2 of 4 tires were out of round. Filed warranty claim with Simple Tire on 2/12/21. Customer service excuses and delays i.e. the runaround until they requested tires to be returned for inspection on 4/21/21. The truck has been on blocks since then! Simple Tire continues to ignore repeated inquiries. Discovered that they do not ship from their warehouse but instead from various tire shops. Based on my experience I can only assume the tire shops ship defective inventory. Do NOT buy from Simple Tire!

Due to the nature of our website we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason Our system was matching incorrectly and priced the tires wrong The supplier that listed them did not actually have themWe updated the site accordingly We offered the customer any other tire at our cost due to the issues

What is the complaint? I repsoned to one already and you closed it saying I responded Is there another?

Dear Revdex.com,We received your letterThe customer in question would need to provide us something from a certified tire installer stating that the tires she purchased are defective and the excessive worn isn't from an issue with her vehicleShe purchased low profile tires, with limited tread on themThese tires are great in terms of looks, but are poor in terms of tread lifeIf the installer states there is an issue we can work to have them sent - back and replacement sent outIf the manufacuter finds that the tires are in fact defective, we will credit the new order that needs to be placed for new tiresIf they are not deemed defective, there will be no credit.We are also fine in giving her a discount on other tires for her other vehicleLet us know what we need to doThanks,Josh

I am sorry Our site works like this - A vendor provides us inventory and pricing We display it on our site When we get an order we submit it to the vendor, and they either process it or cancel it If they cancel we try to fulfill from someone else In some cases the pricing or inventory is matching wrong and we cant fulfill the order As said before we can sell you any other tire at cost but cant fulfill that current order

If the installer states there is an issue we can work to have them sent - back and replacement sent out. Our site works on availability from a given supplier at the time of the order.  With this order, our supplier told us they only had 1 in stock.  We emailed the customer to let them know and immediatly refunded them (see below).  Now a new supplier has them, and that raised the price...

as their cost is higher.  We can sell them to the customer at their cost as a courtsey, but we do not have anymore at the price they originally bought them for.  Tires are a commodity and just like gas their price fluctuates.
