Simple Tax Solutions

My taxes were prepared at the aforementioned place of business over 2 months ago without my consent, I ONLY WANTED A QUOTE! Till this date I have not received my tax refund nor an explanation of why it has not been returned or filed initially. I wanted to do my due diligence and contacted the IRS to make sure it was not a glitch or a possibility they had not received it. I was told by the agent it was processed and would contact the location where my taxes were filed to receive my refund to no avail.I have tried numerous times contacting the location and the branch manager in reference to this matter but has not received any communication. In addition I have tried contacting the owner [redacted] by phone. I would like to get this matter resolved and would not want any other persons to have to endure this type of ordeal.Product_Or_Service: None/ just a consultationDesired SettlementI want my entire refund amount and do not want to pay any fees because of their shady services. I do not want to talk with any of the employees of the location and wish to be called by only the district manager or the owner.
