that she is speaking aboutWe did have an employee at that time named *** ***, she is no longer with us.Since the complaint is several month old , we did the best we could to find an order for this customer on that day however, I am not finding any information in our system nor any receipts on that day for someone name ***No one called us on April 4th to alert us to the problem with an order as we keep a log of these matters..We will reach out to this customer for more details since the complaint didn't' really explain what was wrong with her orderIt is our policy to always make an order right if a product was done incorrectlyWe have her contact information and will handle as appropriate.Sincerely,*** ***, ***Simple Simon's Pizza
