Simple Floors

Review: In March of 2014, I filed a complaint against [redacted] Floors and Simple Floors for the poor quality flooring product I received and had installed for a cost of $9825. Both company's representatives acknowledged the product quality issue and agreed to file claims on my behalf. It has been 6 months and both parties are pointing fingers at the other claiming the other is at fault for not providing the appropriate paperwork or taking the appropriate action. [redacted] is HQ'ed in Suwanee but I do not have website info. I only have name of CEO [redacted] and email for Los Angeles area [redacted] Simple Floors HQ appears to be in GA also. I have worked with [redacted] local Simple Floors Franchisee in San Diego, CA, Miramar Rd., claude.[redacted]@simplefloors.com. Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] have both been courteous but we are getting nowhere. I have forwarded extensive documentation to Revdex.com via email for your use. Please help resolve this complaint. I have requested that the purchase price of the flooring materials of $6625 be refunded to me. I offered to absorb the cost of installation. If I am forced to resolve this in Small Claims Court, I will ask for the entire $9825.
