Simple Floors Orange

Review: Our "house brand" Engineered Hardwood floors were purchased from SimpleFloors Orange. We chose to have the floors installed via floating method based on the recommendation by their Key Flooring Specialist.After install (Aug 2013), I showed the installer "pockets" where the floor actually bounces. He told me they would settle with time. After three months (Nov 2013), I went back to the store and mentioned to the Specialist that I was still having these bouncing issues. He said they were strange and would follow up with the owner. After another 3 months of back and forth (Feb 2014), the Specialist offered to come by the house and see what the issue was. He agreed it was weird and not normal. He called me back and said the floor had to be leveled and as long as I was willing to pay for the leveling material, the store would pay for the labor to uninstall and reinstall the flooring. I told him I would call him back.The next day I told him let's go ahead and schedule the fix. A month goes by and I contact him again, he says he didn't remember that I had said to go ahead but would schedule an installer for me. Another month went by and I contacted the Specialist again and he said he no longer works for SimpleFloors.Desired Settlement: I would like them to come out and repair the flooring as promised by both their staff and their 1 year warranty.
