In
response to Mr***’s request to be refunded by check due him cutting up
his *** debit card to prevent any more debits from our companyPlease be
advised that the credit card we were billing was not a *** card, but rather a
*** ***In addition, refunds are processed in the same manner in which the
funds were obtainedFurthermore, in Mr***’s original complaint, he
specifically asked that the monies be returned back to his credit card;
therefore, the monies were refunded back to Mr***’s credit card on July
(x $19.90) and on August (x $19.90)At this time, we cannot honor Mr
***’s request to be sent a refund check; however, we ask that he check his

Dear Sir/ Madam:
Thank you for taking the time to
forward Mr. [redacted]’s information regarding his subscription service with
First Choice Magazine Club.
I have reviewed our files, which
indicate that Mr. [redacted] was contacted...
by a representative from our sales
division on December 16, 2014 regarding a trial membership to a group of
magazines of his choice for a one-time charge of $1.95. We also explained to Mr.
[redacted] that if he did not wish to continue his membership after the trial
period to contact our office at [redacted] and he would not be charged. We
further explained that if he chose to continue his membership he would be
charged $19.90 a month and could cancel at any time by contacting customer
service at the toll free number above.
Our records do not show any
evidence of Mr. [redacted] contacting our office to request cancellation or
otherwise until now. It is certainly not our intention to continue a service
unwanted by Mr. [redacted]; accordingly, his account reference number [redacted]
has been canceled. In addition, a full refund has been issued back to Mr.
[redacted]’s credit card as he requested and in an effort to promote customer
goodwill. We ask that Mr. [redacted] allow up to seven business days for the
monies to post to his account. A letter confirming the cancellation has been sent
to Mr. [redacted] for his records and we will not contact him again.

Mr. [redacted] for any inconvenience this may have caused.
