I can't write a review since I never received the productEvery time I called customer service to find out about my order they kept telling me they would ship it out and extend the trial periodOne week I did not call and they tried to charge me $for something I never received or triedFinally got them to admit that they cancelled my order because my credit card was denied to themI think the are deceitful and there is no such "trial" periodadvertising!!!

I can't write a review since I never received the product. Every time I called customer service to find out about my order they kept telling me they would ship it out and extend the trial period. One week I did not call and they tried to charge me $99.00 for something I never received or tried. Finally got them to admit that they cancelled my order because my credit card was denied to them. I think the are deceitful and there is no such "trial" period. False advertising!!!

As a member of our trial and subscription program, enrolled as per the terms and conditions clearly indicated at time of order, this consumer was charged and shipped the scheduled installment of their subscription order. This consumer contacted our customer service center and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the consumer was not issued a refund at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
As a good faith gesture, we have processed a full refund of the May 7" subscription transaction(s). The account has been cancelled and no further orders will be processed.
