I followed an online ad that said that this product was endorsed by *** The ad did not mention that it was a day trial period or that I would receive automated shipments/charges The ad said that first product was free and all I had to pay was for shipping Then I get charges of $and $ Customer service said these charges were for my first shipments that I already received after the day trial period These products are not worth the cost and I requested a refund The company would not refund me my money They have cancelled my accounts but still refuse to refund me my charges This company is a complete scam
